Job Description
The Department of Business Administration and Marketing at Weber State University (WSU) is accepting applications for a nine-month tenure-track position in Business Administration, focusing on Business Law and Ethics. Candidates must be willing and qualified to teach survey Business Law classes at the undergraduate and MBA levels and ethics at the undergraduate level. The position is available at the Assistant Professor level.
The Goddard School of Business and Economics (Goddard School) offers a financial incentive program for research and a teaching load of 9 credit hours per semester for academically qualified faculty. Quality teaching and an active program of peer-reviewed research will be required for successful, future tenure and promotion reviews. The position will begin July 1, 2025.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree prior to the date of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated teaching excellence, the ability to conduct peer-reviewed scholarly research or potential to do so, and demonstrated service consistent with the mission of Weber State University and the Goddard School.
