Job Description

DESCRIPTION

Applies extensive knowledge of ambulatory care clinics clinical, regulatory, and operational practices to improve access efficiency and productivity. Coordinates and monitors operations of ambulatory care clinics in conjunction with Nurse Manager and Medical Directors. Implements projects of large scope and high degrees of complexity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in related area; and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.

  • A minimum five (5) years of relevant experience including being a liaison between patients and programs.

  • Knowledge of ambulatory care clinic practice management including patient care workflows and processes.

  • Thorough understanding of medical terminology and specialized clinical knowledge of clinic practice area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience speaking to patients about programs.

  • Experience with individual symposiums with patients pre and post-surgery.

  • Knowledge of current trends with other organizations and current knowledge of AN Society.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
