Location: Hybrid in either San Diego or Houston (Tue/Thu in the office)
Duration = 12 months minimum (with potential conversion)
Bi-lingual (spanish speaking)
OVERVIEW:
*This OCM position is within their IT PMO. They are strengthening the IT PMO processes and there are many changes coming that need to be communicated to the organization.
TOP SKILLS: OCM, Communications, writing, Powerpoint, Sharepoint/intranet, video. Bi-lingual. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communications skills, be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks to deadlines, and have expertise in web, graphics, video and related technologies.
JOB DUTIES
*Provide strategic and administrative organizational change management (OCM) and communications support for key technology and business supported initiatives
*Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep employees experiencing the change informed and engaged.
*Develop and implement targeted internal communications on behalf of the Sempra Infrastructure IT and Cyber organizations in both US and Mexico, aligned with business requirements and priorities
*Collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop and implement OCM strategies and plans, including training, communications and stakeholder management
*Will also support Business Relationship and Success Management (BRSM) activities, including promoting the value delivery of IT and Cybersecurity to the enterprise
Technical Analysis & Delivery
*Develop and implement OCM, communications and/or training plans to support IT/Cyber projects and technology initiatives
*Develop targeted internal communications aligned with business requirements and priorities
*Create and/or review technology-related communications that go to end users; adhering to a consistent voice, documentation standards, and brand
*Create and distribute timely end-user communications around operational activities such as maintenance and outage notifications
*Develop graphics, charts, and other visual objects that lend additional meaning to operational communications.
*Expand and promote IT Intranet site, ensuring content is refreshed and relevant, and showcasing the value that IT is delivering to the enterprise
*Develop training and support materials in support of technology-related initiatives, including user guides, quick reference cards, web pages and videos
*Deliver training sessions on selected topics
*Perform translations of communications, training and related content
Collaboration
*Manage internal communications channels and work cross-functionally with IT groups in both US and Mexico to support effective and consistent change management strategies
*Partner with internal IT support teams, project teams and end users to identify requirements for and review contents of developed materials
*Perform stakeholder analysis to assess readiness and support of organization for change
*Perform change impact analysis with project teams to inform over organizational change
*Partner with corporate communications and related departments to align on communications strategies, messaging and timing
