Warehouse Worker - San Diego, CA
Job Description
Job Goals: Perform material handling, order picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse duties.
Responsibilities:
- Pick orders for shipment using ERP system pick lists.
- Prepare air and ocean freight by palletizing, banding, boxing, and stretch wrapping as needed.
- Operate a forklift to unload incoming deliveries and load outgoing shipments.
- Break down packaging and store incoming raw materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Empty waste receptacles at work centers and operate compacting equipment.
- Follow departmental, warehouse safety, and industrial truck safety procedures.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties or project work as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle data entry.
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or material handling required.
- Forklift experience preferred.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $18.00 to $28.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $41,184 to $64,064. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.]
