Job Roles

  • Conduct rigorous analysis of project mission, goal, tasks and resource requirements.
  • Provide input in facilitating project components related to the project mission, goal, tasks and resource requirements.
  • May participate in the design and/or testing phases of the project.
  • Collect and analyze data in developing, defining, and executing project plans, scope, activities, and schedules.
  • Ensure data collected on customer requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Escalate project issues and ideas to appropriate stakeholders with clarity, timeliness, and professionalism as necessary.
  • Assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
  • Develop and define methods to monitor project and area progress.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to project scope.
  • Develop and define service levels and customer requirements.
  • Conduct research and provide input related to project budget and resource allocation.
  • Provide support through analysis, evaluation, targeted advice, and/or coordination relative to assigned projects and special requests.
  • Track action items, enter related data/decisions into tracking system,
  • Provide recommendations and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the skills, knowledge and ability to perform the essential job duties is required.
  • Professional certification in related area is preferred.
  • Ability and means to travel as needed in a timely manner within San Diego County, to locations that may have limited access to public transportation; proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Licensed with no more than 2 violations and/or accidents within 3 years; No vehicle related suspensions/reinstatements; No DUI, reckless or felony Driving within 7 years.

Experience/Specialized skills (including Language)

  • Experience related to project support in an IT, academic, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Basic project management skills to include ability to plan projects, forecast time required, organize internal and external resources, and ensure project meets deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, deal with aggressive timelines, set and communicate expectations to all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain good working relationships with employees, coworkers, and internal departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to include time management skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite of applications preferred.
  • Experience with project management tracking systems/software preferred.
  • Proven ability to rationalize problems and use judgment and innovation to define clear and concise solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and be responsive to positive feedback.
  • Excellent team building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability related to decision making, process management, and the reporting and analysis of data/metrics.

71,386.00 - 101,887.00

If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
