Job Description
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PROVOST, Office of the Provost, to perform a wide range of complex administrative duties in support of the vice provost for Campus Space Management and Planning. This role involves autonomous initiation, organization, and implementation of systems and procedures for project management, report generation, and presentation preparations; planning and managing projects within deadlines and budget constraints; and facilitating activities for Committee for Renovation and Space Planning (CRSP) meetings.

REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least seven years of administrative experience directly supporting senior or C-suite leadership; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; advanced-level MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; and meticulous attention to detail. PREFERRED: bachelor’s degree and familiarity with MIT policies and systems such as SAP and Cognos. Job #24347-8
