**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our organization as Market President.

Under general direction, manages operations and maximizes profitability of a full- service banking center.

The Market President will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the bank, driving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence.

**Duties:**

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability

- Oversee all aspects of bank operations.

- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence

- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Manage key client relationships and partnerships

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of success in profit loss management

- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals

- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams

- Proficiency in project management, business development, and process improvement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent education; four years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; two years of sales experience including one year in financial services; two years of supervisory experience in the sales and service area; ability to effectively manage and have overall responsibility for the performance of a banking center; knowledge of bank operations and security policies, practices, and procedures; ability to meet and or exceed established sales, operational, and CRA goals.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
