Job Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of The Million Roses. The CEO will work closely with the Board members, executive team, and other stakeholders to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the e-commerce industry, particularly within the luxury segment, and a proven track record of successful leadership.
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve long-term business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and trends in the luxury e-commerce space.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Implement and manage scalable processes, systems, and metrics.
- Drive operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the company meets or exceeds financial goals and objectives.
- Oversee capital allocation and investment strategies to maximize shareholder value.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Champion professional development and talent retention strategies.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing it to stakeholders, investors, and the public.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry leaders.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication with the Board members.
- Develop and implement strategies for international and domestic market expansion.
- Leverage data analytics and market insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Enhance the brand’s presence and reputation in the luxury e-commerce sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, with a significant portion in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of success in the luxury/premium market segment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, online sales strategies, and customer engagement.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial management and P&L responsibility.
