Conducts research and development efforts as a Post Doctoral Scholar within Electrical and Computer Engineering focused in the area of developing new mathematics & algorithms for scientific computing in general and applied electromagnetics & acoustics in specifics, research into scientific machine learning especially for problems in electromagnetics, develops software to demonstrate applicability of this code, participates in proposal writing, manages projects, and reporting, works with graduate students and collaborators. Documents information resulting from these studies and reports to sponsors; prepares research results and reports, conference and journal papers, and technical presentations; assists in mentoring student employees; attends research group and unit meetings.

Required:

Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related Engineering field.

Desired:

Familiarity with writing proposals, mentoring graduate students within Electrical and Computer Engineering.
