The Content Developer for our Enterprise platform product is a member of the Altium Education group responsible for the creating and delivery of industry leading media training content specific to our Enterprise platform. Our training media is aimed at enabling customers to fully utilize our product features and capabilities with the best practices in self-help media supported with other customer assistance provisions. Customer training is integral to the success and long-term growth of Altium through engaging visual training media and other methods of training.
A day in the life of ourContent Developer Enterprise Platform:- Maintain knowledge of all training Content provided to customers.
- Must be able to develop training content including scripts, video storyboards, project examples and independently create technical video series for the Altium Enterprise platform.
- Collaborate with internal departments for new Enterprise product features and development including the sustainment of videos to be updated including major releases.
- Provide mentorship for internal and external content developers.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have Altium NEXUS, Enterprise, Altium 365, legacy Vault and Concord Pro desired including Altium Designer as a client application.
- Experience with Media production applications of Audacity, OBS and Camtasia desired.
- Preferred 2+ years previous experience as a media content developer used in technical training is desired.
- Fluent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive and Google Workspace.
- Preferred 5 years of industrial experience.
- Candidate position is remote and extends to USA and Europe.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000.Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
