Waikiki Health is seeking a full time HR Director
Starting salary $90,000 annually
Schedule: Monday - Friday

The HR Director is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources and credentialing.
Qualifications and abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or up to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated abilities in human resources operations and administration.
General Duties include but are not limited to
- Annually reviews and makes recommendations to Management for improvement of Waikiki Health policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
- Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities in personnel matters.
- Directs and oversees employee relation cases including but not limited to, conducting investigations, mediations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversees the submission of annual liability insurance renewal for health center through the Federal Tort Claims Act and regularly updates MIEC on provider status for gap coverage.
- Reviews, approves, and submits insurance claims involving workers compensation and temporary disability.
- Other duties as assigned
Waikiki Health requires proof of the following immunization; with or without reasonable accommodation: TB skin test or chest x-ray, Hep B (optional).
