POSITION: Director of Admissions and Recruitment (PCN 01013527)

CLASSIFICATION: MnSCU Academic Supervisor 2

STARTING DATE: Approximately September 3, 2024

APPOINTMENT: Full time, Unlimited, Exempt

SALARY RANGE: $33.61-$48.66/hour ($70,178-$101,602/annual)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the management and supervision of admissions, recruitment and Welcome Center department processes and personnel. This responsibility includes active, hands-on involvement in international student recruitment. The Director of Admissions and Recruitment is responsible for the implementation of processes and policies related to admissions and enrollment. This individual regularly collaborates with all departments, especially marketing and academic affairs, to enhance student experience and the processes of attracting and enrolling students at the college.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five years of related business experience or higher education student services
  • Three years of leadership experience in education or business
  • Demonstrated written, verbal and nonverbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in admissions/recruiting for a technical & community college
  • Previous experience in international student recruitment and enrollment processes
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM use
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Bilingual, with Spanish as a preferred second language
