What You Will Do

As the Manager of Global Manufacturer Content Relations, you will oversee and support all activities related to managing manufacturer partnerships across Trimble content services, including Trade Service, Building Data, Luckins, and Mepcontent. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our manufacturer partners thrive at every stage of the pre-construction workflow, from estimating and design to procurement.   • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Trimble MEP products and communicate their value to manufacturer partners.

  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturer personnel for pricing and eCommerce product content.

  • Conduct proactive reviews with top-tier manufacturers to assess data quality and completeness.

  • Consistently coach and monitor team members to align with objectives.

  • Identify potential sales opportunities and facilitate meetings with Trimble Sales and manufacturer representatives.

  • Forecast risks and growth opportunities within manufacturer data sets.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data improvements and manufacturer needs.

  • Assist with issue escalations to ensure proper resolution and satisfaction for both the manufacturer and Trimble.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 3+ years experience in an account management, customer success, or customer-facing product or product marketing function

  • 5+ years of experience as a people manager, with demonstrated ability to performance manage and delegate tasks

  • Experience working at a building part manufacturer or with building part manufacturers (e.g. at a distributor in a manufacturer facing role)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical and/or customer escalations from start to resolution

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts cross functionally (internally and externally) to provide Voice of the manufacturer

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
